Course Materials

  • Hard Copy Workbooks: Once distributed, hard copy workbooks cannot be returned. If you receive a defective or damaged workbook, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for a replacement.
  • Soft Copy Workbooks and Digital Content: Due to the digital nature of these materials, all sales are considered final. However, if you encounter technical issues preventing access, please contact us for assistance.

Course Enrollment

Offline and Online Classes:

    • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment no less than 14 days before the course begins.
    • Partial Refund: If you cancel your enrollment less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the course start date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date or after the course has begun.

Video-Based Courses

  • On-Demand Video Courses: These courses are accessed immediately upon purchase. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted, unless there are significant discrepancies in course content or technical issues that prevent course consumption.

Exceptional Circumstances

If extenuating circumstances, such as severe illness or other significant life events, prevent you from continuing with the course, we offer flexibility to support your learning journey. Rather than a refund, we will allow you to enroll in a subsequent batch of the course to complete your education. These cases are reviewed on an individual basis, and you may be required to provide appropriate documentation to support your request.

Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription services, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Access will continue until the end of the current paid period. Please note that refunds are not provided for partial months or non-use of services. For courses offering lifetime access, the above cancellation policy does not apply, as these courses are intended for continuous access and use over an extended period.

  • Submit refund requests within the applicable time frame as stated above.

Processing Refunds

Upon receiving a refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a specific number of days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
